NetMedia International sucht für seine IT-Business-Sites Silicon, ZDNet, und ITespresso an den Standorte Madrid oder München zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt ein Customer Success Manager (m/w).
Your responsibility:
· Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts
· Work with customers to ensure they are finding value in our services
· Become an expert in digital marketing and educate customers on the use and benefits of our services
· Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues
· Be a customer advocate while capturing customer feedback and reporting requests to Product Management and Development
· Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth
· Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes
· Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal
· Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage
· Metrics driven; ability to translate customer needs into achievable goals and operate well in a data driven environment
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
· Deep customer empathy
· Excellent German/English skills
· Strong abilities in program and project management, balancing critical delivery tasks
· Consultative; ability and desire to drive value for customers based on unique needs
· Experience working with fast-growth company, strongly preferred
· Experience working with enterprise customers in Account Management, Customer Success, Consulting or similar, preferably in B2B/Media
· Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
